Payments

• Deposits in the amount of $850 per person for the main program and $500 per person for the pre-tour are due at registration
• Final payment is due April 13, 2023

Refunds and Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted to Principia in writing.
• Cancellations received 180 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date (on or before January 13, 2023) will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation fees for cancellations received between 179 and 120 days prior to the scheduled departure date (January 14, 2023 – March 14, 2023) will be $350 per person for the main tour and $200 per person for the pre-tour.
• Cancellation fees for cancellations received between 119 days prior to the scheduled departure and the day before the final payment is due (March 15, 2023 – April 12, 2023) will be the full deposit per person for the main tour and pre-tour.
• Cancellation fees for cancellations received on or after the final payment due date (April 13, 2023) will be the full program price.
