USI Travel Insurance Services (TIS) is a national insurance brokerage that offers travel insurance to the alumni travel community. Plans include coverage for:

While you may purchase insurance any time up to departure, there are certain coverage options that may only be available if you purchase your plan within 14 days of your initial trip deposit, so it’s to your advantage to get a quote during your trip planning.

Upon enrolling with TIS, you will receive your confirmation and policy via email. Should you need to make a claim, you will contact TIS directly. If there is a delay or question with a filed claim, Principia Lifelong Learning (PLL) staff has a direct contact within the company and can help move the processing forward.
Whether you select the insurance coverage through TIS or another insurance agency of your choice, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance for your protection and peace of mind.
