Madelon Maupin (C’73)

Madelon is a graduate of Principia College and holds a Master's degree from San Francisco Theological Seminary. She provides Bible study resources such as online courses, workbooks, and talks through her company, Bible Roads. She lectured for Princess Cruises as Cultural Historian throughout the Mediterranean and the Middle East, and led groups to Turkey, Greece, Jordan, and Israel. Madelon’s goal is to help others unlock the Bible in a non-denominational way so that they can discover the Scriptures’ spiritual meaning and application to their lives. She is a frequent contributor to both the Christian Science weekly and monthly magazines on the Bible and spirituality, having published 70+ articles. Madelon has served as a member of Principia Lifelong Learning faculty, lecturing at Summer Session and on PLL trips. In 2020, Madelon was the recipient of Principia’s David K. Andrews Distinguished Alumni Award. She currently resides in Newport Beach, CA and Scottsdale, AZ.
