Q: Who is celebrating a reunion this year?

A: College classes ending in 4, 5, 9, 0 and international and Howard House alumni from all years will gather June 27–30 (50th reunioners arrive June 26).
 

Q: must i be a christian scientist to attend reunion?

A: No! All alumni, regardless of religious, political, or social views, are cherished members of the Principia family and will be welcomed unconditionally.

Q: who is attending Reunion?

A: A list of Reunion Weekend attendees will be available as we get closer to the weekend.

Q: Can I attend Reunion if it’s not my reunion year?

A: Yes, all alumni are invited to attend Reunion Weekend.

Q: Are children allowed at Reunion?

A: Yes! Children are welcome to join you. We offer a childcare program for children ages 0–6. Children ages 7–14 may attend Prin Camp, an overnight camp that provides an outstanding and enriching weekend program with a wide range of fun activities. Childcare and Prin Camp are available as a full weekend package or per evening. Visit the childcare page for more details.

Q: Can I bring a guest to Reunion?

A: Yes! We would love to welcome your family and friends to Reunion Weekend. We want you to share the Principia experience with your favorite people!

Q: Is airport transportation available?

A: Yes, shuttle transportation from St. Louis Lambert International Airport to the College is available for $35 per person, each way. Please sign up for a shuttle when you register for Reunion Weekend. If you need to add shuttle transportation to your reservation email reunion@principia.edu.

Q: Do I stay on campus during Reunion Weekend?

A: Yes! Part of the fun of attending Reunion Weekend is getting to stay in the dorms with classmates, so please register as a boarding guest. If you prefer to stay off campus and attend the daily activities, you should register as a day guest. Visit the accommodations page for more information.

Q: Is there a WEEKEND dress code?

A: No. Midwest weather is known for being unpredictable, so bring comfortable clothing and layers. Reunion guests tend to dress up on Saturday evening for class photos, the banquet, and class parties.

Q: Are vegetarian/vegan options available?

A: Yes, these options are available. Please specify your preferences when you register for the weekend.

Q: What if I need to cancel my registration?

A: Cancellation requests must be e-mailed to reunion@principia.edu no later than 4:30 p.m. (CT) on June 15, 2024. Here are the refund details:

  • Full refund if cancellation is received by May 1.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is received before June 8.
  • 25% refund if cancellation is received by June 15.
  • No refund for cancellations after June 15.

"No-shows" will not receive a refund. Name changes and guest substitutions can be made in advance of reunion by phone at 618.374.5191 or by e-mailing reunion@principia.edu.

Q: Can I attend both Summer Session and Reunion?

A: Yes! Summer Session takes place June 15–23. If you plan to attend both Summer Session and Reunion, you will receive a discount on your Summer Session tuition. If you’re interested in staying on campus between Summer Session and Reunion Weekend,  please email reunion@principia.edu for more information.

Q: I’d like to encourage classmates to attend Reunion. How can I help?

A: We’d love your help spreading the word! Please email reunion@principia.edu to get more information about joining the Reunion Committee.
