Warren Clinton

An attorney, developer, banker, and financial planner, James Warren Clinton (C’65) was an assistant professor of business administration at the College from 1974 to 1978, doubling as dean of men his last year on campus.

He has been an avid follower of the solar car team for years, contributing both moral and financial support. In 2010, he endowed a student aid fund in honor of his late wife, Ruthie (Lefter, C’65) Clinton.

Currently, Clinton owns and operates a lodge in Estes Park, Colorado, where he makes a point of hiring Principia students, and he is co-chair of the Principia Volunteer Steering Committee—formerly the Trustees’ Council, on which he served for nine years.
