Arrival Day for 50th Reunion Guests (US’67 and US’68) 

  • 11 a.m.–6 p.m.—Welcome Desk open at Marriott West

  • 5 p.m.—“Welcome Back to St. Louis” dinner at Bishop’s Post

  • 7 p.m.—Shuttle available for guests who would like to attend church

Thursday, September 14

Arrival Day for All Other Guests 

  • 9 a.m.–9 p.m.—Welcome Desk open at Marriott West

  • 9 a.m.—"Presidential Homes/Career in Writing," a talk by Clark Beim-Esche

  • 10 a.m.—"The Beatles," a talk by Howard Bay

  • 11 a.m.—"Will the 21st century see a renaissance in space exploration?" a talk by Keith Preston

  • Noon—Lunch for 50th Reunioners in the Social Center

  • 3:30 p.m.—Tours of the campus led by current Upper School students

  • Afternoon—Athletic games on campus

  • 8 p.m.—Dessert reception at Marriott West

Friday, September 15
  • 8:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.—Welcome/Registration area open in the Upper School lobby

  • 9 a.m.—Chapel talk

  • All day—Visit Upper School classes (A schedule of open classes will be provided.)

  • 10 a.m.—Tour one of the area’s attractions, led by Principia Lifelong Learning faculty. Choose from the Missouri Botanical Garden, the Saint Louis Art Museum, or an architectural tour of downtown St. Louis. Or spend the day in Elsah, including a tour of the Principia College campus. Lunch at each venue is “on your own.” Children of Reunion guests are welcome to join their parents on any of the excursions. (Each excursion is $10/per person.)

  • 10:30 a.m.—"Finding Common Ground," a talk by Lee Barron (US'72, C'76) and Blair Lindsay (US'72, C'76) 

  • 3:30–5:30 p.m.—Test out the climbing tower

  • 3:30 p.m.—Tours of the campus led by current Upper School students

  • 5:00 p.m.—Dinner at the Social Center, catered by Butler’s Pantry

  • 6 p.m.–midnight—Childcare available in the Early Childhood Learning Center (for pre-registered children only)

  • 7 p.m.—Varsity football vs. Missouri Military Academy

  • 9 p.m.—1976 in concert on the Ridgway stage

Saturday, September 16
  • 8:30 a.m.—Welcome/Registration area open in the Upper School lobby

  • 9:00 a.m.—Hear updates on Principia from Head of School Travis Brantingham and Chief Executive Marshall Ingwerson

  • 10:00 a.m.—50th+ Reunion brunch in the Upper School Social Center

  • 11:00 a.m.—Alumni Welcome Tent opens at the Mesa soccer field

  • 11:00 a.m.–2 p.m.—BBQ lunch at the Mesa soccer field

  • 11:00 a.m.—Varsity soccer on the Mesa soccer field

  • 2 p.m.—Varsity volleyball in Carey Field House

  • 5:00 p.m.–midnight—Childcare available in the Early Childhood Learning Center (for pre-registered children only)

  • 5:30 p.m.—Shuttles begin departing from Marriott West to the Reunion banquet at the Chase Park Plaza

  • 6:00 p.m.–midnight—An evening at the Chase Park Plaza, including class photos, dinner, and dancing
